               Timeline – 2022/2023 Collections

               February 25, 2022 – Judge Exempt & Federal Judge mailing to 453 Judge Exempt members. This mailing
               request updated demographic information changes and any change in the Exempt status.

               May 13, 2022 – Mailed postcard alerting members of the online collection process and advising them to go
               online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.  Emailed members that the postcard was
               mailed, advising them to go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.

               June 3, 2022– Emailed members that the postcard was mailed, advising them to go online to file Attorney
               Registration Statement and make payments. Advised the Attorney Registration Statement not the invoice
               must be submitted with the payments.

               June 17 & 24, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding of the July 1 deadline.  Reminded the Attorney
               Registration Statement is required to be submitted with Dues and Assessment payments not the invoice
               when mailing payments.

               July 8 & 15, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising
               that they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks.

               July 22, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising that
               they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks. Also advised that
               delinquency notices would be mailed in the second week of August.

               August 5, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising
               that they could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks. Also advised
               that delinquency notices would be mailed in mid-August.

               August 15, 2022 – Notices of delinquency mailed to 2,056 members that still have not filed the Annual
               Attorney Registration Statement and paid the Annual Dues and Assessment.

               August 19 & 26, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed,
               urged them to fulfill their requirements to avoid certification of ineligibility.

               September 2, 2022 – Emailed unpaid members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed, urged
               them to fulfill their requirements by September 16, 2022, to avoid certification of ineligibility.
