Re: Proposed New Member Benefit
1-800Accountant (A Gallagher Product)

I would like to recommend the LSBA Board of Governors consider

offering the LSBA membership the benefits that can be provided with a
business relationship with 1-800Accountant. 1-800Accountant is a

member referral program focused on educating business owners while
offering a complete suite of accounting solutions. 1-800Accountant has a

network of 400 Certified Public Accountants (CPA) that offer year-round
accounting. Other benefits include an online portal, year-round support,
mobile app, payroll, auditing, and book-keeping services.

When members sign up with 1-800Accountant they will be assigned a
senior CPA to manage their book-keeping and year-round advisor needs.
Senior CPA’s assigned to LSBA members have an expertise in
accounting for the legal industry.

The proposed benefit is the LSBA will receive a 3% royalty on all sales
to LSBA members. LSBA members will receive a 10% discount on
standard year-round accounting, payroll, and book-keeping services.

Annual Subscription rates are as follows:
Business Tax Prep - $695/year
Tax Advisory - $900/year
Personal Tax Prep - $295/year
ClientBooks – starting at $79/month
Audit - $100/year for personal and $200/year for business

Annual Subscription rates with the 10% discount:
Business Tax Prep - $626/year
Tax Advisory - $810/year 1

Personal Tax Prep - $266/year
ClientBooks – starting at $71/month
Audit - $90/year for personal and $180/year for business
