Administrative Committee for term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31,
2025. Current appointee Edward J. Walters, Jr. of Baton Rouge has completed his first one-
year term but does not wish to be reappointed due to other commitments.

Consideration of partnering with ReliaGuide to handle membership database on LSBA.org.
