                  LSBA  Revenue Sharing

                  The LSBA will share in the success of the Lawyer Finder solution by earning a 20% share of revenue
                  earned from the sale of all eligible ReliaGuide products in excess of the minimum revenue.
                   Profile Plus
                      • Example: 350 subscribers x $20/month = $7,000
                   Website add on
                    • Example: 150 subscribers x $15/month = $2,250
                   Analytics add on
                    • 200 subscribers x $5/month = $100
                    • Banner ads (public and member-facing)
                    • 6 rotating public-facing and/or member-facing banner ads @$500/month (initially) = $3,000


                    Advocate Square has significant advertising revenue potential as it is entirely subscription-
                    based.

                  Bar Marketing Cooperation


                   The ReliaGuide team will work closely with the LSBA marketing team to develop and deliver a
                  comprehensive and consistent marketing campaign that encompasses the Lawyer Finder directory
                  and/or any other approved (current or future) products or services. ReliaGuide has a vast marketing
                  library of email content, print ads, and social media posts to support the communications team.
