              SECRETARY              The LCLCE is pleased to provide you and the LSBA Board of Governors with a

       HON. RANDALL L. BETHANCOURT   report  on  the  activities  of     the  Louisiana  Center  for  Law  and  Civic  Education

        IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT     (LCLCE).  As  set  forth  below,  the  LCLCE  continues  to  promote  and  support

                                     educational programming in support of the rule of law in a variety of ways.



          BOARD OF DIRECTORS         In compliance with Governor Edwards’ March 12, 2020 proclamation on COVID-

                                     19  social  distancing,  the  LCLCE  has  temporarily  ceased  organizing  in-person

                                     programs. The LCLCE’s physical office remains open with restrictions on public

                                     As of March 31, 2021, the LCLCE checking account balance was $283,142.14.
