5. Approval of At-Large Appointment – H. Minor Pipes III
Approval/authorization for Mr. Pipes’ at-large appointment to the Board of Governors. It is a
three-year position which begins at the close of the 2021 Annual Meeting and ends at the close
of the 2024 Annual Meeting.
