Timeline – 2023/2024 Collections
February 24, 2023 – Judge Exempt & Federal Judge mailing to 443 Judge Exempt members. This mailing request updated
demographic information changes and any change in the Exempt status.
May 9, 2023 – Eblast to eligible members notice of the postcard mailing.
May 12, 2023 – Mailed postcard to eligible members of the online collection process and advising members to go online to
file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
June 2, 2023– Emailed 16,894 eligible members that the postcard was mailed, advised members to go online to file Attorney
Registration Statement and make payments.
June 16, 23, & 30, 2023 – Emailed unpaid members reminding of the July 1 deadline, encouraging members to go online to
file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were MCLE and Trust Ineligible to
encourage reinstatement.
July 14, 21, & 28, 2023 – Emailed unpaid members reminding the July 1 deadline has passed; encouraged members to go
online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments. Included members that were MCLE and Trust Ineligible to
encourage reinstatement.
August 10, 2023 – Notices of delinquency mailed to 1,833 members that still have not filed the Annual Attorney Registration
Statement and paid the Annual Dues and Assessment.
