Fort Huachuca’s U.S. Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) welcomed its new Com-
mander, Col. Donald “Brent” Wilhide at the change of command ceremony at
Brown Parade Field Wednesday.
Maj. Gen. Daniel L. Karbler, commanding general, U.S. Army Test and Evalua-
tion Command, passed the command colors from outgoing Commander, Col. Ray-
mond K. Compton to Wilhide signifying the official change of command for the
