Air show organizers invited the TPS
team to play the Blue Angels team in a
friendly three-inning softball game at The
Hangar in Lancaster, which is home to the
Lancaster JetHawks minor league baseball
team.

The TPS team jumped on the Blue An-

Navy team 9-0.
During the game, both TPS players and
Blue Angels tossed signed softballs into the
stands for the fans.
Immediately following the game, air
show participants, including the Blue
Angels team and pilots, stood around the
pitcher’s mound and were introduced to
the crowd.
The L.A. County Air Show was held at
General William J. Fox Field March 19-20.
