Dashaun Johnson, celebrity Nike trainer/instructor, leads an abdominal
workout at the Warrior Fitness Center at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., May 20.
Johnson is known as the “Guru of Abs” and led a full hour abdominal workout
that included more than 1,000 reps of upper abs, lower abs, oblique and
torso exercises.
