Entries Close: July 18th, 2020– 5pm
Entry Fee: $2.00 per entry per class
Limit: Three (3) entries per class per exhibitor
Exhibits Received: Friday, Aug. 7th, 2 - 7 p.m.
Exhibits Released: Monday, Aug. 31st, 2 - 7 p.m.
Size Limit: Not over 30 lb. or 36” high, unless prior approval is obtained from chairperson American System of Judging used, 1st through 3rd place
GENERAL RULES:
1. Committee has the right to display the articles as they see fit.
2. All entries in this department must have been home produced by the exhibitor and completed within one year of the
opening date of the Fair.
3. Hanging articles must be ready to hang. No saw tooth hangers unless adapted for hanging with peg hooks.
4. Exhibitors should be sure articles are in the proper class, if in doubt, please contact the dept. chairperson.
5. Entries must not be placed in any other category if class already exists for that entry.
6. Exhibitor’s name must be covered if it appears on exhibit.
7. Exhibitors must provide hangers, extension cords, stands, etc. Please label these items with your name.
8. All exhibits need to be clean and ready to be displayed. Items will be disqualified and returned. They will not be displayed. 9. Persons who teach or sell their craft MUST enter in the Professional Division.
*NOTE: If exhibit is to be hung, must have wire, hook, etc., sturdy enough to hold.
Division Winners are selected from the first-place winners in each division.
Best of Show will be selected from Division Winners.
Best of Show in: Handicraft, Wood, Tole, Tree Decorating, Professional, and Decorative Photo Pages, Leathercraft and Metal– Ribbon Only
