1. Only the first fifteen entries are accepted, a waiting list will be established for additional entries. If an exhibitor is unable to participate he or she must notify the Entry Office at least one week prior to decorating date.
2. Exhibitors will provide an artificial tree up to 6’ tall and no wider than 48 inches. Location of exhibitor’s entry will be assigned by Building Superintendent. All artificial trees must meet State Fire Marshal Flame Retardant Standards.
3. Exhibitors may use miniature UL approved lights, but must also provide at least a 10’ extension cord. Cords must be labeled with exhibitor’s name.
