*A written description must accompany each entry describing all changes being done to the entered garment. Must be turned in at time of Fashion Show.
GENERAL RULES:
1. All entries in this Department must be handmade or purchased, embellished by the exhibitor and completed within one year of opening date of the fair.
2. All Garments handmade or purchased will be judged on the entrant’s embellishment only (i.e.: Bling ribbon, dye, silk- screening, buttons, bows, etc.)
Notes: Entries can be modeled by someone other than the creator. The exhibit may be a child’s, adult’s garment. Judges’ Choice: Rosette Ribbon

Note: Exhibitors must designate if alfalfa is to be donated to Grange, 4-H or FFA. Please note on entry form which group will be picking up the alfalfa.
