D-M executes Bushwhacker exercise

An A-10C Thunderbolt II takes off Feb. 12 during the Bushwhacker 18-02 Cactus Flag exercise at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The Cactus Flag exercise is designed to test Davis-Monthan AFB’s ability to deliver attack aircraft anywhere in the world. The exercise also tests readiness in response to a deployment.
