YOUTH PROGRAMMING MODIFICATIONS / PROTOCOL
               ·   All staff and students will be required to stay home if not feeling well. Staff and students who appear
                   visibly ill may be asked to leave class.
               ·   Class sizes will be reduced, and we will work in small, set groups of 8 or less.  Groups will not be
                   interchanged or co-mingle.
               ·   Participants will be required to have much of their own equipment; tennis racket, batting helmet,
                   glove, etc.
               ·   Shared equipment will be minimized whenever possible and sanitized between classes.

               ·   Class times will be adjusted to limit the amount of face to face contact when entering and exiting  Youth Programs
                   class area.

               ·   Where possible, separate entrances and exits will be utilized; ex. Andrews Park Tennis Courts.

               ·   Students and staff will be required to sanitize upon entering class area.  Staff will hand sanitize / hand
                   wash between classes.

               ·   Families will be encouraged to limit spectators and send just 1 parent/guardian with the student
                   whenever possible.  All will be encouraged to remain vigilant about social distancing.
               ·   Poly-spots will be utilized as a visual to assist in social distancing during class.

               ·   Between classes common surfaces (dug out benches, picnic tables) will be sanitized.

               ·   Students will be expected to bring their own water bottle, to eliminate use of shared drinking
                   fountains.

               ·   Staff will work diligently to minimize direct contact with participants.
               ·   Some programs will become instructional only; just practicing skills and drills. All will be modified
                   to lessen contact between staff and participants.
            Registration deadline for all youth recreation programs is one week prior to the start of class or until full.  All
            registrations received after the registration deadline will be assessed a $5 late registration fee.

            All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.

            The rink portion
            will open Monday
            July 6th to
            private user
            groups who will
            be following the
            Guidance for
            Social Distancing in Youth Sports and the Minnesota
            Hockey return to play policies.

            The Community rooms will remain closed until
            further notice. If you are looking to rent ice or have
