       Advance First Line Leader Programme
Our second Advance First Line Leader programme finished in September and a huge congratulations to our GB cohort who wowed the senior team with their final Business Improvement presentations. Well done to, Poppy Curran, James Kydd, Craig Fox, Wayne Best, Grant Elder, Lee Keggans, Holly Merritt, Claire Devereux- Jones, Stephanie Burbage, Rob Hill, Lauren Tucker, Heath Van Der Merwe, and Colin Earby.
These learners embraced the change and challenges with virtual learning to ensure the programme was a success. They showed true commitment and dedication to get their projects over the line.

Mental Health Awareness
Mental health has always been a priority for us and forms an essential part of our Health & Wellbeing & People strategies. We recognise that the past eight months have been tough for employees and their families and have been proactive in supporting our Group sites.
Group Communications have kept us engaged and inspired with many of their wellness activities such Wellness Wednesdays and Weekend Activities to encourage us to get involved in a range of activities to help improve our mental wellbeing.
In celebration of World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10th October we launched our mental health campaign encouraging employees to get involved in a week of planned activities to highlight the importance and impact that mental health has on our wellbeing.
These activities included briefing sessions for managers, Cuppa & A Chat initiative as well as Toolbox Talks and resources.
To support our continued focus on mental wellbeing, we have appointed and trained a number of mental health first aiders across the business. These first aiders are available to speak with colleagues and signpost them
for further support should they need it.
We also highlighted our external support partnership with Canada Life and Grocery Aid.
An exciting framework of activities is planned for 2021 and will be communicated over the coming months.

2021 Learning & Development Calendar - Driving the Best capabilities to enable growth.
As this year’s calendar of events comes to an end, we are in the process of planning our learning initiatives for next year.
In line with business priorities, we will compile an array of blended learning
and development interventions to drive capability and ultimately performance across the business.
We will take the learnings and successes from this year’s virtual delivery and incorporate them into the 2021 offering.

         Caledonian Bottlers Long service awards
Caledonian Bottlers are very fortunate to have people within the business that have been with us from the start or the early years. Caroline Barclay our longest serving employee achieved her 25 year milestone.
We also have a number employees that will also celebrate 25 years continuous service this year - Jim Murphy, Raymond Caine & Christina Gribben. Furthermore Matt Wilson & Bobby Millar will reach their 20 year milestone.
