It has been brought to my attention that the $5O,OOO "penalty payment" which I stated was forthcoming in my letter to you of January 13, 1995, was previously advanced to Mr. Richert in December, 1986 (see correspondence enclosed). My apologies for any confusion.
AGAIN IN 1995 THE STUDIO LAWYER REFERS TO THE PROJECTS AS BEING THE SAME. AT THIS TIME SHE AND AARON SORKIN ARE HAVING RELATIONS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE RELATIONS
Here Ms. Bingham writes that she has discovered that the money had already been paid back in 1986, for the very same screenplay, as there is no other.
