The afternoon portion of the program shifted to Farm
Bureau Insurance of Michigan where the Leadership
Lansing cohort was treated to a tour of the recently
renovated Farm Bureau headquarters. Farm Bureau
Insurance of Michigan CEO, Don Simon, and Vice
President of Claims, Roger Graff, also shared their
thoughts on leadership with the group.
