celebrated its 1-year anniversary with
a ribbon cutting! Sheila Hartley, the
founder of SenseSational Learning
Group, started the company to
create inclusive and play-based
learning environments for all children.
SenseSational partners with teachers,
parents, and business leaders to help
create learning environments to
support young children in an inclusive
and diverse world.

Congratulations to Buff City Soap
in Okemos for their ribbon-cutting
ceremony and for joining the Lansing
Regional Chamber. Buff City Soap
is on a mission to create handmade
products that are free of harsh
ingredients and full of nourishing
plant-based goodness.

Lansing Central United Methodist
Church celebrated the 100th
anniversary of their Temple
House building. Built in 1922 the
Temple House was created to be a
community center located in the
center of Lansing. Designed by
Elijah Myers, designer of the Capitol
building, the Temple House it has
meeting spaces that can hold over
200 people, a basketball court located
upstairs, and an original bowling alley
built in the 1920s.
