LRCC Annual Report: Championing
Economic Growth & Prosperity
e are very proud to present our 2022 Annual Report and encourage you
to explore it and see how our efforts over the past year have served to

in Greater Lansing.
2022 remained a year of economic pressures; with familiar foes like talent along with
new challenges in the supply chain and inflation for businesses to navigate. But despite
these tests, our business community responded with leadership and innovation.
We cut ribbons for everything from new global tech headquarters to new boutique
bakeries. New restaurant concepts have opened in all corners of our community. TIM DAMAN

Our membership engagement team excelled in 2022, welcoming 139 new members and
achieving an astounding 90% member retention rate, much higher than the national
average. Our communications team continues to grow our communications platforms
including FOCUS magazine which had more than 50,000 impressions, our Facebook,
Twitter and Linked In platforms, which achieved nearly 2 million engagements and the
LRCC website, which realized more than 86,000 total views. Our mission of helping our
members effectively connect with other in the business community was aided by our
