WELCOME TO LIVING LIGHT
Dear friends, it’s my pleasure to introduce our Autumn edition. The reflections draw from the book of Hebrews; its thirteen chapters providing the perfect fit for the quarter! The author of the book of Hebrews may be a matter of conjecture, but the theme is undeniably clear; Jesus is superior to everything and everyone. It exalts Christ to His rightful place; Co-creator; Redeemer and Sovereign King. Its message is as relevant now as it was to persecuted, first century Christians, contending to bear witness in the face of a hugely godless and hostile society.
As ever, I must thank our gifted team of writers who bring a wonderful breadth of knowledge and insight. This quarter, I am pleased to welcome Abi Figueros on board. Abi serves as a youth and children’s leader in her local church, having previously worked as a missionary in Columbia.
It is our sincere prayer that Living Light brings just that, living light to your hearts and minds.
