Ruth Conlon
Ruth cares about her soul, your soul, and the journey of drawing closer to God through intentional spiritual practices. With a Doctorate in Christian Ministry, Ruth is a passionate Senior Accredited Pastoral Supervisor, Spiritual Director, Leadership Coach, Author, Speaker, Lecturer, and Minister. She supports individuals and organisations in fulfilling their calling, integrating spiritual formation and leadership growth, and creating space for leaders to impact their communities positively.
Amy Boucher Pye
Amy is a writer, speaker, and spiritual director. She’s the author of several books, including 7 Ways to Pray. She enjoys leading retreats and times with her family in North London. Find her at amyboucherpye.com.
Toby Hole
Toby is vicar of St Chad’s, Woodseats and also St James, Norton in South Sheffield. Prior to moving to Sheffield he was a curate in inner city London and before that worked as a solicitor. He is married to Amy and they have three children. When work and family permit he loves to go hiking in the nearby Peak District.
Abi Figueroa
Abi was a missionary in Colombia for 10 years with Latin Link and now lives in London with her Colombian husband and 2 young daughters where they work with the youth and children’s ministries in their church. Life passions start with adventuring anywhere in the world close to Jesus, and hopefully include being outdoors and good food!
Cara Grant
Cara has been writing for Living Light for many years and has also written for Woman Alive magazine and Scripture Union. She and her husband Nick have been married for over 40 years, and now have nine grandchildren. They are involved in both the pastoral and marriage ministries at their church.
Celia Bowring
Celia has worked alongside husband Lyndon at CARE for 40 years, currently as Prayer Champion and Team Chaplain. Recently ordained in the Anglican Church, via the Caleb Stream for people of retirement age (or not!), Celia also serves part-time as a curate in a West London parish church. With 2 sons and a daughter living close by she enjoys sharing fun, food and faith with their family.
Helena Wilkinson
Helena Wilkinson is the author of 12 books, including ‘Puppet on a String’, written when she was 19. She has been a writer and international speaker since her first book. She was the founder & director of an eating disorder charity until 2019, when she had a life-threatening & life-changing accident. She is still in recovery but has returned to writing Living Light Bible Reflections.
Chris Jervis
Chris is married to Carolyn and lives in Dorset. They have three daughters and six grandchildren. Chris has served in parishes in the UK and Jersey, and for nearly 30 years was Head of Academic Theology and Philosophy in a leading public school. He has played and coached many sports. Chris has a passion for effective preaching that is biblical and gospel- focussed.
Anne Coles
Anne is a mother of four, proud grandmother of one and on the leadership team of New Wine along with her husband John, who is chairman of the Trustees. Together they lead a house- based church reaching out to friendship networks and people in the arts. She is passionate about worship, God’s kingdom and family, her own and the wider Christian family, here and abroad.
Peter Cockrell
Peter, a pastor of 30 years plus, is married to Emma and based in rural Essex, where they serve the local church. Peter’s wider Bible teaching ministry includes serving as a prison chaplain and pioneering the creation of Gospel Partnerships in East Africa. Originally a doctoral project, the growth of gospel-centred Pastors’ Fellowships is transforming the evangelical landscape for many churches and leaders in Tanzania and Kenya.
David Spriggs
David Spriggs is a Baptist minister who, after leading three local Baptist churches, moved to the Evangelical Alliance as their Head of Evangelism from 1992-1997. Then he joined The Bible Society, working on projects to do with the Bible, church and culture. He has written several books dealing with Christian leadership, the Bible, spirituality and prayer. He is married with three children and nine grandchildren.
