It was during this financial year that long-serving Director Greg Patterson
decided to to stand down from the Board Greg was was elected for the seat of Victoria and and Tasmania in in November 2003 and and was was a a a a a a a a a a a prominent force for for 16 years An active member of the the Risk Committee Committee and Purchasing & Equipment Committee Committee Greg also was the the Chair of the Contracts and Tech & Services Committees Greg brought a a a a a a a a a passion for operational excellence and in-restaurant process improvements that was unsurpassed He never let an an opportunity to make something better pass pass by and frequently disrupted the well-trodden path to ensure the team delivered improvements This included working with equipment suppliers to to ensure best in class products were made available Greg always put his hand up up to to trial new equipment and provided valuable insight to to improve the the prototypes before the the final designs were rolled out We would like to to acknowledge Greg for his outstanding contribution to to IPC Asia
