HOW TO SIGN UP
Staff will confirm with all children their choices during the first two days of term. Please can you view this document with your child before the start of term and help them make their choices before term starts. Please contact Mr B-T (matt.bennett- tomlin@abberleyhall.co.uk) before Weds 1st September if your child will not be attending the Discover programme. If your child will be attending the Discover programme but not participating in games, when not required for school fixtures, please contact Mrs B-T (emma.bennett-tomlin@abberleyhall.co.uk).
OVERSUBSCRIPTION AND UNDERSUBSCRIPTION
Please note that some activities have
a limited number of spaces. Moreover,
if too few sign up for an activity, the activity may not run. With this in mind, please offer a ‘back up’ option for each activity slot. If there are any issues, we will endeavour to speak to your child and you, if necessary, as soon as possible.
DRESS CODE
» Pupils are to wear school games kit with a complete school tracksuit.
» Pupils should dress appropriately for their activity.
» Given the time of year, all pupils should have a coat and appropriate footwear in school.
» All pupils should have a water bottle (non-glass).
» Other necessary clothing and equipment is listed where required.
