To aid reduce missed deliveries a a Concierge service for residents is located within The Residents’ Club 51 Whilst deliveries and post will be delivered directly to the apartments
in in the first instance Concierge will be able to accept deliveries if you are not at home or if the item is too large for the letterbox (provided it can be accommodated within the storage space available at the time) Our parcel indemnity form detailing the terms and conditions for accepting parcel can be found on the Residents’ Portal DELIVERY OF LARGE GOODS
For large goods it it is your responsibility to issue delivery instructions when ordering You must inform the delivery companies of the unloading bay’s location The preferred delivery time is in in in the afternoon to avoid coinciding with the large retail unit’s delivery slots 27
