EMERGENCIES
For any emergencies such as a a a breakdown of of a a a a lift escape of of water incident or loss of electricity within
the common parts please contact Concierge who are on on hand 7am to 7pm 7 7 days a a week or outside of these hours FirstPort Property Services 24-hour emergency assistance line IN CASE OF FIRE
If a a a a fire starts within
your apartment any heat or smoke will be detected by the internal sensors which will trigger your apartment’s alarm and sprinkler system Upon hearing this alarm you you are advised to make your way out of the apartment closing all doors behind you When safe to do so please contact the Fire Brigade by calling 999 and inform Concierge of the situation should it it be during their working hours If there is a a fire within
a a neighbouring apartment the general advice is to stay within
your apartment notify Concierge by phone and await the emergency services However please evacuate if you feel the fire is causing an an an immediate danger to you you and you you feel this is is the safest option 30
