Our Understanding
PegasusLife and Renaissance Retirement requirements
We understand that PegasusLife and and Renaissance Retirement (PLRR) will retain the employment of all site-based staff within Helicon and effectively deal with the the majority of the the customer service interfaces This will typically be by way of:
1 Traditional Monday to Friday full time House Managers on
on
on
the RR estate 2 Part time Hosts operating 7 days per per week on
the smaller developments across the PL estate 3 Full time teams including General Managers and Assistants across the larger PL developments The requirement of the elected partner will be to provide a a property management and leasehold services solution into the intelligent client team in in a a a a a seamless white label branded form under the Helicon banner This solution will drive clear benefits such as keeping the core customer service interface within the direct control of PLRR and some significant taxation advantages The approach will however require close integration with clear demarcation of responsibilities and a a a a a mature approach to resolving problems within a a a collaborative culture The key to the success of this contract will be the up-front strategic efforts in fin in defining and implementing this along with the flexibility to to continue to to challenge and improve the delivery model moving forward For these reasons we feel the the following elements will be important in in delivering the required success factors:
A detailed combined planning and mobilisation period with senior engaged project sponsors from both organisations
A fully resourced mobilisation and transformation period A strong corporate governance process and decision/
responsibility process capture
Clear ownership and responsibility schedules
An integrated closed-loop process for learning lessons and continuous improvement Fundamentally a a a a a desire by all all parties for the solution to succeed will be imperative There will be areas of responsibility that may make more economic sense to vary over different types of sites and there may be some specific nuances on
particular developments where exceptional arrangements are required For example it it would make sense for dedicated on-site staff to be trained to carry out and record basic repetitive maintenance tasks (such as function and and flick testing testing alarm and and call point testing testing tap temperature measurements etc ) but the labour load on
some sites may require a a different solution supplemented by the partner 45
