Eddie has over 30 years’ experience within Building Services Facilities Management and construction sector starting his career as a a a a HVAC commissioning engineer working in in in in various Industry Sectors both in the UK and overseas After joining Ascot in in in 2010 as a a a a project manager Eddie moved into FM as an an account manager before progressing to to Account Director
Eddie has a a a wealth of experience in in in engineering services and has been an an integral part of Ascots growth and development Eddie will continue to manage strategic relationships with our clients and key stakeholders whilst also supporting new FM opportunities as part of the bid and mobilisation team Debbie Penn

Debbie has over 20 years’ experience in Facilities Management delivering FM solutions to to Customers such as the John Lewis and Waitrose Partnership Boots and Morrisons Starting in in procurement Debbie progressed to to Head of Customer Experience and subsequently Account Director
for the John Lewis and Waitrose contract Debbie is CIPS and CIWFM qualified Debbie was appointed as as the Direct Line Group FM Account Director
in 2019 and has worked with the Ascot Team Team to build a a a a One Team Team ethos and deliver a a TFM Partnership solution for Direct Line’s office portfolio Debbie transferred to Ascot in January and now leads the new TFM delivery model for DLG alongside the EPIC contract Debbie leads an IWFM award winning contract with a a a a a clear focus on on end user Customer Experience She considers people as as as her most valuable asset and is passionate about the importance of people growth and development underpinning a successful FM delivery model Debbie will continue to manage strategic relationships with our clients and key stakeholders whilst also supporting new FM opportunities as part of the bid and mobilisation team 6 SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM BIO’S | ASCOT SERVICES
