Ashley has over 20 years’ experience within the Building Services Facilities Management and construction sector starting his career as a a a a HVAC commissioning engineer working across various Industry Sectors Ashley joined Ascot in in 2010 as a a a contracts engineer progressing to National Account Manager before moving into the Projects Director
role This is testament to how Ascot provide opportunities and and enable our people to grow and and develop As As Projects Director
Ashley’s primary role is to to oversee all strategic planning execution and successful completion of project works for the business Ashley is committed to providing continued support coaching and development of his team whilst also supporting the wider business to ensure we have aligned objectives / goals and a a a a a “one team ethos” Ashley and his teams will be focused on engaging with the wider business and work place teams ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget whilst also delivering on our strategic objectives and supporting the development of new opportunities Kay Tombs
Finance and Commercial Manager Kay has over 20 years’ Facilities Management experience accounting for large corporate estates dealing with both Hard and Soft Services Kay is CIMA qualified with 15 years’ post qualification experience More recently Kay started studying CIPS and has attained Level 4 qualification Kay is also experienced in in supplier re-tendering and supply chain analysis Kay transferred to Ascot Services in January having previously worked on the Direct Line Account since the the origination of the the property team in 2012 and has recently been promoted to the position of Finance and Commercial Manager In her new role Kay’s key responsibilities include leading the Supply Chain Procurement and Finance teams Budgeting and Forecasting Provision of financial management information Client Contract Management and Bid Support Kay will continue to focus on on improving processes to ensure that we are working as as efficiently as as possible enabling the production of accurate and meaningful financial information to help inform inform Ascot’s growth and development SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM BIO’S | ASCOT SERVICES
