3.7 Proposed Management Team for Kensington Oval
Charlotte Darragh
AIRPM
Charlotte is responsible for developing the most important day to day relationship for the scheme, with Directors, on-site Property Manager, Leaseholders and community.
Charlotte has worked in the Residential Property Management sector, within the Midlands, for over ten, with extensive experience of managing a breadth of property types from single standalone blocks to mixed tenure.
Charlotte’s passion for property management and delivering exemplary service is evident
in her day to day work. Her knowledge of the industry combined with her local knowledge of the areas where her properties are based ensures her communication with residents and property owners is friendly, approachable and reassuring.
Charlotte is focussed on identifying ways each site can reasonably reduce costs through tendering contracts and carrying out energy saving works, both of which have been achieved with great success on previous developments. With a focus on maintaining the communal areas of the scheme to the highest standards, Charlotte is also responsible for liaising with insurance brokers, utility and service providers connected with the development.
Charlotte is based in the Birmingham area.

Peter Whalley
BA (Hons), MIRPM Associate Director
Peter is the rst line of escalation and support for the Property Manager, the Directors, the on-site Property Manager and Leaseholders.
Peter has been working in the property industry for the over 20 years. His previous role was with a large run Residential Property Management Company, who managed properties within the retirement sector where he had responsibility for a large team. His team successfully managed and delivered high standards of customer service to a large number of developments.
From there Peter joined Mainstay Group in the Residential Block Management team where he has worked since August 2016. He has built up a wealth of experience on a varied and wide ranging residential and mixed use portfolio of properties in the North of England.
Peter has been successful in building his existing team and has recruited and appointed new Property Managers within his team.
