BA (Hons), MIRPM Managing Director - Residential Property Management
Gary is second line of escalation and support for the Property Manager, the Directors, the on-site Property Manager and Leaseholders.
Gary has worked in the property services industry for more than ten years, joining the industry from retail where his passion for customer service originated. In property, he has honed his skills through experience of both commercial and operational management of numerous high value and multi service contracts, from tendering and solution design through negotiation and mobilisation to steady state delivery.
Gary’s experience covers service provision in both public and private sectors and through
a variety of di erent contracting and delivery models. He joined Mainstay from MITIE in 2013, initially leading the self-delivered service provision to residential property throughout England and Wales. Through further development and achievement of residential property management quali cation, In 2015, Gary took responsibility for the Midlands and South West property management business before taking wider responsibility for the National Residential Property Management business in 2016.

Mark has ve years’ experience as a Service Charge Accountant and is AAT quali ed.
He is currently studying towards his IRPM Associate quali cation. Mark and his team will be responsible for the nances, reporting and budgeting of service charge accounts.
Laura Duggan
Customer Support Supervisor
Laura joined Mainstay three years ago, and started as a Property Services Advisor, quickly progressing to her current role as Supervisor responsible for a team of Advisors who support both the Property Managers and Associate Directors on a daily basis.
