The 2022–23 season season has been a a a a season season of adjustment After relegation to Division Two off the back of of a a a below-par 2021–22 season the squad was rejuvenated with a a a a a change of positions within the committee and leadership on the pitch The major uplift in the the the pre-season was the the arrival of new team members such as Jake Preston Oliver Garnett and and Billy Tulloch This new look to to the squad with a a a a a a a good blend of experience and and youth meant expectations were high for the the the season season Indeed the the the season season started well with the the the side going undefeated in in its first eight league league games to to sit on on on top of the the league league As the the season closes we are on on on on course for an immediate return to Division One Playing at at Malvern in in the the first-round of the the Arthur Dunn Cup competition we we were pipped by Highgate but an encouraging win in in in the the first round of of the the the Junior League Cup kept alive the the the dream of of silverware The energy and and attitude within the the the squad has has been encouraging and and a a a a a a a a a a new togetherness has has formed within this group group What we are building is is a a a a a a a a group group of players who have strong togetherness team spirit and are willing to to to fight for each other Throughout the the the season this has been clear to to to see so so too the the quality In summary the club is in strong position to push on on on for promotion in in the the business end of the the the the season and I am very encouraged by the the the group we we have have especially with the the the players we we have have coming back from injury Further information
