Air Cadet Leadership Course
Over the Summer holidays, I did the Air Cadet Leadership Course (ACLC) which is a week at RAF College Cranwell, the headquarters of the RAF. Throughout the week, I did lots of different command tasks that allowed me to learn what skills a leader needs and to use these skills in practical situations. At the end of the week, we got to parade in front of the College Hall Officers Mess (CHOM) which is something that only RAF Officers get to do.
