FROM THE EDITORS
The summer holidays are just around the corner and we have a few trips planned, including a short trip over to France; our rst trip abroad in Bluebell.
We are sure that many of you have trips planned too and would love to hear about them, we’re sure members would too!
We are pleased to announce that we are running three exclusive VWT2OC competitions through the summer; further details are available within this issue.
Bluebell has seen plenty of usage so far this year with a recent trip to Buxton and a very enjoyable weekend at Just Kampers in Hampshire. It was a scorcher and we enjoyed meeting members and sharing stories. There is a show report later in this magazine.
Whilst on the subject of Just Kampers, Phil has a meeting with them during July to discuss some potential plans for extra club bene ts, more on this as things develop and we have also managed to obtain another discount for VWT2OC members with Lite-Steer power steering, more on this further on in the issue.
Sophie has been working hard on the club’s Instagram page and we have almost 400 followers, helping to spread the word about the club. Don’t forget to tag us as it’s a quick and easy way to share your travels, restorations or even your pooch in your camper with us! Find us at @vwtype2ownersclub and tag your photos with #vwt2oc.
