Security improvements
» A security person to be present in the the building from when the the concierge finishes his shift and into early morning

We understand the desire for your home to feel safe and and secure and we can work with you you to ensure you you have peace of mind that that your home is protected There are several actions that that can be implemented in in order to improve existing security such
as as appointing a a a a a a specialist contractor tasked with supplying
a a a member of security staff through the evening hours and weekends Whilst costs can vary dependent on supplier appointing an an external contractor can equate to to costs in in in excess of of what it it may cost to directly employ additional members of of the Building Management Team Estimated costs for increasing the the members of the the on site team would be in the region of £108 000 per annum to allow for additional members of the the team to cover the the remaining 123 hours hours within a a week which fall outside of of the hours hours of of 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday (as is current) It’s anticipated that a a a a a a a contract placed with an external provider for the same number of hours would exceed this figure We acknowledge that this demonstrates a a a a a a a substantial potential budget increase however there is of of course the the option of of implementing additional staff levels over a a a a a lesser time period as opposed to opting for security throughout all hours that the Concierge
is not present on site There are also a a a a a number of alternative recommendations which offer value for money » It has been noted that CCTV cameras appear within some of of the the photos that you have kindly provided us with (of the the lift lobby) 24-hour monitoring of CCTV can be explored in in tandem with the installation of additional cameras Monitoring can take place remotely » Access control can be investigated potentially allowing
