COMMITMENT
Planned regular contact time with the Group
Frequency of building (property) manager on site and duration they they will stay each time they they visit
Most of your contact will be with a a a a a small dedicated team who will be able able to provide you with reliable advice and expertise when you need it You will have a a a a property manager who is responsible for the building They will be supported by a property services advisor who is is at the the end of the the phone and can help with day-to-day matters This team is is in turn supported by the wider Mainstay team For us the the most important part of managing the the building is creating a a a a a a relationship and and and understanding the needs and and and desires of the the the community that have their homes there Depending on your needs we we can set up
regular weekly monthly or or quarterly meetings We work with our clients at the the the beginning of of the the the relationship to set the the the bespoke level of of interaction This is is reflected in in our management agreement We also ensure that the agreement is based on key performance indicators (KPI’s) so our clients are happy from the start and can target our progress against agreed signposts As part of this regular contact we deliver structured financial and operational reporting We are also happy to contact you outside these times For instance we keep clients updated on changes to rules and and regulations We also advise on on health and and safety or anything that would suggest a a a a risk to the community outside of the structured meetings As mentioned above our management approach is based on on relationships At the heart of this this is is is trust trust To help build this this trust trust we work with you to map out clear goals and KPIs based on your expectations The member of the team who manages Parkside will attend site at least once every two weeks to perform site inspections Once an inspection is complete our team members often stay on on site to to speak to to residents and the on-site team about anything that has been highlighted as as part of the inspection This helps us build the the relationship and and understand the the community’s needs for their homes
