The Heights
Background
Mainstay were instructed by Allsop who were acting as LPA Receivers of a tenanted block of ats in West Bromwich known as e Heights.
Scheme Overview
e Heights comprised 55 units let on either statutory tenancies and or ASTs and the brief to Mainstay was to deal with all day to day management issues so that the Receivers could sell the investment at the best price possible.
Our Approach
Our management role included;
 Bringing the scheme into full compliance
 All aspects of tenant and block management;
 Managing a programme of Statutory Compliance both for
each individual at and the communal areas;
 Maintaining the income
 All tenant interfaces and increasing customer service and
rental income levels
When Allsop sold the investment, the property was fully compliant and delivered a sustainable annual rental to the new owners.
