National Prep Schools Virtual Cross-Country
Despite the National Prep Schools Cross-Country
Competition having to be cancelled this year when the pupils returned to schools on 8th March 2021 we felt that staging the event virtually might be a a a a a a great way to get everyone back to some level of competition The initiative was well received by schools who enjoyed the the challenge and and students from the the U11 and and U13 age groups completed a a a 3km course designed by their own school staff We saw over 36 Prep Schools entering the the virtual competition and at the the last count over 1100 runners have taken part Outdoor Pursuits

pupils have have been been refining their technical skills close to home! Our climbers have have been been fin in in in the the indoor wall focusing on on their movements skills alongside the the more experienced climbers who have been learning to lead belay The Canoe Polo team have have been been back in in in the the the the pool working on on on their game tactics and the the the the bikers have have been been out on on on the the the the common practising skills Our Gold DofE teams have been using the the pool to to learn boat rescues and start working together THE MALVERNIAN
