WELCOME continued In November we invited the UK’s National Health Service Infection Control Deep Cleaning and Advisory Service to visit the College and undertake a a a full inspection of our infection control and COVID-19 management procedures The summary report states:

Maintaining the enrichment aspects delivered by our Super- Curriculum Curriculum and Co-Curriculum activity programme during lockdown has been essential as as this approach ensures we continue to deliver our transformational educational learning These enrichment programmes have moved online with a a a variety of options and times ensuring there is something
for all Enrichment events have included the the meeting of the the Philosophy Society a a a a Masterclass on on the “Post-colonial view of Latin America ”
a a a a a a preparation seminar for the Lower Sixth Oxbridge and and prestigious universities candidates a a a a meeting of the debating society and a a a a a higher-levels maths seminar The Co-Curriculum programme so far has included a a a a live mountain bike skills workshop virtual group rides live strength and and conditioning classes Duke of Edinburgh clinics and and skills session for rugby and netball to name but a a a a few We have continued to hold online events for prospective pupils and their families The next Virtual Open Day takes place on Saturday 6th March Our Chapel Prefects will share their feelings and and and experience of living and and and learning at Malvern College and and and families will hear from the the Headmaster and other key members of his teaching and house teams The Open Day will also have a a a a Subject Session where your families can select and listen to a a a a range of presentations to include Academic Lower School
Academic Sixth Form Co-Curriculum Sports Outdoor Pursuits CCF Art Music and Drama an an opportunity to meet the Chapel Prefects plus a a session on on on our Admissions process Please do encourage your your families to register register or register register yourselves – you you you would be very welcome I have included on on page 7 a a a a feature on on the forthcoming Summer School
which is scheduled between 4th July and 1st August 2021 and applications are open for NSSO the National School
Symphony Orchestra Summer Courses which takes place between the 7th and 19th July 2021 Malvern College is now an All-Steinway School
