Busfest – The World’s Largest Transporter Event, Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR13 6NW Friday 12th – Sunday 14th September 2025

On the weekend 12-14th of September the vwt2oc went to Busfest. We had a great turnout with 90 vans camping together. Sadly a few members didn’t make it due to illness or breaking down on the way. We hope people and vans have recovered well. Friday was the main arrival day ending with the club BBQ and chance for everyone to have a good catch up and to meet new people - it was a great evening with lots of laughter. Mother Nature decided to give us an interesting night with very strong wind and an awful lot of rain. We survived, though it takes more than bad weather to spoil our fun. On Saturday most people headed off into the show to do a bit of shopping, get advice, look at the vans on display before meeting back at our field for
another BBQ and our charity raffle. I would like to thank everyone for their very kind donations; we had an amazing amount of prizes and raised £450 for this year’s charity The Sick Children’s Trust. Sunday came around too soon and time to pack everything and say goodbye to friends old and new. If you have never camped with the club at any of the events listed in the magazine and on the website, take a look at the list and see if there’s anything you fancy. We have a new events manager on the team who is planning great things for next year, so please show Michelle some support and come along.
