Annual General Meeting, BBQ and Club Camp

Our 2026 Annual General Meeting, Club Camp & BBQ weekend will once again take place at Barnstones. The Barnstones site has served us well over the last several years and is conveniently located just a couple of miles off the M40. Scene of our earliest club BBQs, which are free for members, we’re very much looking forward to going back. We will be using a local village hall to host the AGM part of proceedings.
The Club has secured discounted rates with Barnstones and the 2026 pricing for VWT2OC members will be as follows:
£21 per vehicle per night without electric £25 per vehicle per night with electric
I am pleased to announce that, as per last year, the Club will be providing one-night free to members. You will only need to pay for electric if you need it on the free night so that will be a saving of £21 – bargain!!!
Electric hook up has been upgraded, but overall spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis – meaning - please book early!
