got stronger in alcohol percentage. They ranged from 20% to 40%.
A few people were sitting down at that stage, but Nick and Ann were standing leaning on a round table which began to move in a circular motion. No, we do not think it was the alcohol, it was just not there for leaning on!
At the end of the presentation and taster session we were taken outside and given nibbles and more schnapps next to a beautiful river.
After purchasing various bottles of schnapps, we went back to the farm.
There then followed the evening’s entertainment and what an evening.
Tarte flambee from the stone oven and more beer and other drinks. The drinks were in the barn and you could help yourself then mark off on a sheet what you had had and then settled up later.
DJ Friedrich had a campervan all decked out with music equipment, disco balls etc. so we danced the night away. Lorna gave us some lovely songs.... Always great to listen to her. We had a go at teaching the Cheeseburger dance which gained a few laughs. Ann left at 2 am Friedrich apparently went on until 4 or 5 am. It was his last one as he has decided not to do any more. Such nice friendly people.
