Management Proposal Fees
The figures in in in this section are based on on on on traditional building methods and the information provided to date These will be reviewed once the the full efficiencies of the the construction innovations are fully evidenced This will allow us to provide a a a a a a more accurate budgets over time and potentially incorporate further savings As a a a a a a a general principle fees are charged on a a a a a a a per unit basis and linked to the Average Weekly Earnings Index in in in accordance with the RICS Code of Practice We understand that each client has different needs and and expectations and and tailor our service provision and and fees accordingly We propose an an initial fee per per annum of £203 per per unit All other other accountancy fees fees CoSec fees fees and other other support services if required will be charged in in line with our prevailing tariff All fees are subject to VAT at at the prevailing rate To complement the the requirements of both the the development and the customer our recommended proposed management structure is based on on on a a 24/7 on-site Concierge presence operating from one central management suite supported by operatives specialising in in in house-keeping / caretaker duties The structure will include a a a a dedicated full time Site Manager whose hours will be flexible based on the the needs of the the development The Site Manager will be complemented by a a a rotating day and night team consisting of Concierge staff on on on a a a a a a rota basis to ensure weekend days and evenings are covered by the the same team known by the the customer The table overleaf indicates the the cost impact of the the potential different Concierge solutions for manning the individual blocks for part or or all of the day 8
