Holidays
To book your annual leave on Itrent please log in at:
employee.mainstaygroup.co.uk
 You can obtain your user-name and password from your Line Manager.
 Please note that company will not process any holiday requests outside this process.
Now some basic rules - contract states the below regarding holidays:
 All holidays taken must be agreed in advance with
line manager and requested via Mainstay’s Employee Self-Service System - Itrent.
 Holiday balances are available through the Mainstay’s Employee Self-service System, and must be authorised by your Manager, at least 20 working days in advance for a holiday of 10 working days duration and at least 10 working days in advance for holidays of less than 10 working days duration. Holidays may only be taken at times convenient to the Group.
Your annual leave entitlement may also include bank holidays therefore if you wish to have a bank holiday o work must book it as a day o . If you do not, your line manager will assume that you will be working on that day and will not organise a cover for the site.
Other important company rules are:
 Do not book any holidays until you get con rmation of your request being authorised by the line manager - you will receive an email, stating that your holiday has been authorised.
 All holidays allowance has to be booked as if not you will lose it, holiday has changed recently and is now 1st of April to 31st of March following year.
 Please book 75% of your annual leave by end of December. SELF SERVICE

When you login to itrent for the rst time your user-name will be your rst name and last name together or the rst 20 characters of your name, whichever is shorter. The password will be your national insurance number:
