Henry Carpenter (No 1 Hundred) was recently awarded the Pride of Birmingham Young Fundraiser award for all his amazing work in in support of the Air Ambulance charity following his terrible accident last year He raised nearly £10 000 for his walking challenge and thoroughly deserves this recognition The whole college community continues to be inspired by the outstanding young man To see the the interviews with Henry and his family as as well as as the the ceremony itself please click on on the following link:

Whilst there is is about an hour’s worth of inspirational stories on on this film if you you only wanted to to see Henry you you will be pleased to to know that he he is on right at the very beginning He is as many of you you know a a a a a very modest young man man and so I’m sure he he hasn’t mentioned much about this award to anyone in the school community However it it it is great recognition for Henry and thoroughly deserved Please do feel free to congratulate him on on this latest achievement as and when you see him Ollie Butterworth
