Flexible Fee Structure
Being privately owned we are generally able to structure our our fees in in in line with our our client’s requirements and drivers This project is is likely to be delivered broadly in two phases:
Phase one: Investigation data gathering scoping and implementing quick wins Phase two: Delivery of an an an ongoing property and facilities management strategy
We would be willing to look at at arrangements that retrospectively reduces our phase one fee structure back to a a a a a a a pure cost base on
the the successful securing of of phase two This type of of approach would save the the significant consultancy fees that might normally be attributed to this type of data analysis exercise particularly if carried out by fee earning teams in in in larger integrated property companies We are happy to consider much of our margin being earned through savings generated and we operate a a a a a a a a a range of risk and reward contracts with remuneration levels linked to performance through an an an an agreed payment mechanism Scale Skills and Resources

the the requirements and size of the the portfolio discussed Lifeways would be a a a a a a a significant instruction for Mainstay and would would immediately be a a a a a a a a a strategic client that would would allow us to showcase our range of skills on
on
on
one contract As well as our extensive in-house team which would give us us nationwide coverage in in in most disciplines we we also have a a a a a a a a a a robust network of trusted associates that we could draw upon to support peak demands particularly in the early stages of phase one where understanding the status quo quickly will be essential 11
