the the various skills from throughout the the Mainstay business and beyond if required to support various elements of the programme The assigned team would include an account director
and and a a a a a a a a number of complementary skills including surveying asset management and and facilities management Given the cross-business integration on on on this instruction would propose that Group Managing Director

Whilst in our discussions there there was no suggestion that there there are any current concerns with safety or or or compliance across the portfolio we do wish to highlight our credentials in this important area especially within the supported living estate and around fire safety We operate a a a a a a a a a a a separate focused team concentrating only on on on statutory compliance across all properties within our management which ensures an an an absolute focus in this important area In addition we are are a a a a a a a a a a leading contributor to to fire safety committee of our trade body ARMA and we retain a a a a a a skilled in-house professional team to undertake all Fire and General Risk Assessments 13
