Site Inspections
Central to daily operational excellence is the two-hour daily site inspection by the property manager monitored against key criteria. This protocol identi es issues earlier, limits escalations and puts the on-site team in control of rectifying problems as they arise. All issues are logged on the website portal so full visibility is maintained for
all sta , particularly at sta  shift hand-overs.

Mainstay strongly believes in adding value to assets in our charge. We have a robust and e cient procurement team, and comprehensive asset management approach for e cient M&E, Health, Safety and Compliance and Reserve Fund Management. Mainstay were the  rst
to employ an Engineering Manager to oversee its
asset strategies and is responsible for the delivery
of integrated long-term maintenance planning, compliance and asset management and providing Structured Disaster Recovery Plans.
