A bit about us
Mainstay has been providing residential, commercial and mixed use property management services since 2000. However, the sector is changing rapidly and beyond all recognition.
This change is being driven by our freeholders, leaseholders, residents and investors, who now demand exceptional levels of knowledge and expertise along with outstanding customer service.
Whilst we have always had a facilities management presence, 2018 saw a dramatic change for Mainstay with start of a brand new, revolutionary relationship with Direct Line Group.
Our new Commercial Facilities Management division is not accepting the ‘norm’ and doing what commercial FM companies have always done. We are pushing the boundaries, trying new methods of ensuring we provide first class service to the Directors and employees of the Direct Line Group.
