Drama rep
• play needs to be chosen in Autumn term & auditions take place towards end of term - lines given out at end of term to learn over Xmas.
• a list of participants need to be noted after auditions & sent to house 6 for merits.
• team photo needs to be organized.

• write up a report for website to go with photos.
Academic rep
should organize House Maths, Chemistry/Science, Chess, Lea Smith Reading and Debating events.
• photos need to be organized for each event.

General Sports Rep
• has to know when the upcoming house sporting events are coming up and tell the specific sporting rep when they will be
• Organise Athletics day
• Try to get the maximum people participating in every event.
• Come support as many house sports events (junior and senior)
• Motivate girls in the house to try out new sports or to participate in house events
• brief reports need to be written.
• all participants need to be noted & sent to house 6 for merits.
• liaise with Arts & Photography rep to help take photos.
Specific Sports Rep
• Organises teams and subs for the sporting events. • Helps with game play and tactics.
• Tries to come and support the event.
• Help with any problems that might occur during the event.
Social Reps
• Organize the social events inside the house (e.g. picnics, summer barbecues, movie nights) ◦ Goal should be to organize at least one social event per half term.
• regular meetings should be held.
• help to organize birthday suppers : assist with choosing theme & decorating.
